The Auragens Method

Auragens Administration Protocols

Intravenous (IV) Mesenchymal Stem Cell Therapy

At Auragens, intravenous (IV) administration is performed using a weight-based dosing protocol of 1 million mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) per kilogram of body weight, never to exceed 2m per Kg. We recommend these be delivered in no more than 50 million per day over a multi-visit treatment not to exceed three months.

This protocol has been developed through Auragens' extensive clinical experience and reflects our commitment to individualized dosing rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Based on our manufacturing standards, product consistency, and accumulated treatment experience, this dosing strategy has become our standard protocol to optimize therapeutic delivery across a wide range of clinical applications.

Nebulized Exosome Therapy

For respiratory and systemic applications utilizing inhalation delivery, Auragens administers 10 billion exosomes per nebulization session. We recommend three sessions in three consecutive days. Alternatively, one per week for three weeks shows significant clinical significance still.

Nebulized administration allows extracellular vesicles to be delivered directly to the respiratory tract while also supporting broader systemic biological signaling. Each treatment is performed using exosomes manufactured under Auragens' rigorous quality standards and chain-of-custody protocols.

Image-Guided Local Injection Therapy

For orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and other localized regenerative procedures, Auragens utilizes a combination protocol consisting of:

  • 10 billion exosomes
  • 5 million mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs)
  • Hyaluronic Acid may be introduced to act as scaffold

This combination is designed to provide both the cellular regenerative capacity of MSCs and the biologically active signaling molecules contained within exosomes. Direct administration into the target tissue enables localized delivery to areas of injury or degeneration while maintaining the same manufacturing, quality control, and safety standards applied across all Auragens biologic products.

It is important to note this will change based on joints, large vs. small, and up to the providers discretion when doing a physical evaluation of the patient.

Individualized Patient Care

Although these represent Auragens' standard administration protocols, every treatment plan is individualized based on the patient's medical history, diagnosis, anatomy, clinical objectives, and physician assessment. Dosage, route of administration, and combination therapies are determined by the treating physician following a comprehensive medical evaluation to ensure each patient receives the most appropriate regenerative treatment strategy.

Important: Auragens protocols are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, prescribing instructions, or a standard of care. Treatment decisions must be individualized and made by a qualified healthcare professional exercising independent clinical judgment. Results are not guaranteed.
